Cigar Club Co – Refund & Return Policy

At Cigar Club Co, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our refund and return policy is outlined below.

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Refund Process (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Please note, a 5% administration fee will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund after approval, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. If necessary, reach out to your bank as there may be a processing delay.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, please email us at tam@onemotionmanagement.com, and we will guide you through the process.
