Plasencia Cigars, the leading producer of premium cigars and the largest tobacco grower in Central America, received first place in a blind tasting organised by Manuel’s, one of Zurich’s most prestigious cigar shops. This accolade was awarded for the Alma del Campo Tribu cigar, one of Plasencia’s inaugural brand-name cigars to reach the market.

Plasencia’s mission is to use only the finest aged tobacco leaves in their cigars, entrusting them to skilled hands in the fields and expert artisans in the factories.

"Cosecha" translates to "Harvest," and this particular blend features tobacco from the Plasencia family’s 149th harvest, which took place in 2014. Hand-rolled with meticulous attention to detail, this aged blend is crafted from 100% Honduran tobacco.
